R&M automatic cookie depositor machine GD-CO400 GD-CO600 for biscuit making R&M's automatic cookie depositor machine range covers three distinct forming methods: rotary extrusion for standard butter cookies, Jenny-type extrusion for high-relief patterns, and wire-cut for dense or chunky doughs. All models use PLC control and interchangeable nozzle sets. R&M Jenny cookie depositor machine for high-relief butter cookies and biscuit production

GD-CO400 & GD-CO600 — Standard Cookie Depositor

The GD-CO400 (400mm tray width) and GD-CO600 (600mm tray width) are the core automatic biscuit making machines in the range. Standard supply includes a rotary base and A-series nozzles (9 nozzles per set, 2 sets). Compatible tray size: 400×600mm / 600×400mm. Both models run at 110V/220V, 50/60Hz, and suit butter cookies, spritz cookies, shortbread, and standard drop-style products. Optional add-on tooling extends each model:
  • Wire-cut configuration (C-series): Installs a cutting wire mechanism for wire cut cookie production — suited to oat, peanut butter, and inclusion-heavy doughs that are too firm for rotary extrusion.
  • Strip extrusion (D-series): Produces continuous strips for finger biscuits, langue de chat, and éclair shells — functions as a cookie dough extruder or biscuit extruder with a die-cut attachment.

Jenny Cookie Depositor — 400 & 600 Series

R&M Jenny cookie machine producing high-relief butter cookies and Danish swirl cookies The Jenny cookies type models share the same PLC frame as the GD-CO400/600 but use a larger-bore, higher-torque extrusion head designed for stiffer, butter-rich doughs. They produce detailed flower and swirl shapes that standard depositors cannot replicate. Each ships with one A-type rotary base and two A-type nozzle sets. This is the machine of choice for Jenny cookie production lines and artisan-style bakery output at scale.

Multi-Function Cookie & Cake Depositor — 400 & 600 Series

The 2-in-1 variant adds a cake depositor head (hopper, flow-stop valve, and 2 sets of filling nozzles) to the standard cookie depositor frame. Dimensions: 950×1600×1410mm (400 series) / 1150×1600×1410mm (600 series). This configuration lets operators switch between cookie making and choux/cream-puff filling without a separate machine.

Supporting Equipment & Complete Biscuit Production Line

Standalone cookie and biscuit machines work more efficiently when paired with upstream mixing and downstream baking equipment. R&M supplies or coordinates the following:

Automatic Biscuit Press Machine

R&M automatic biscuit press machine rotary moulder for shortbread butter biscuits This Automatic Biscuit Press Machine is a commercial cookie press based on the rotary moulding process. Short dough is fed through the hopper and pressed into the cavities of an engraved moulding roller. The formed pieces are then released directly onto the conveyor. It is suitable for shortbread, butter biscuits, Chinese walnut cookies, peanut cookies, embossed cookies, speculoos and selected digestive biscuit recipes. Compared with sheet-and-cut equipment, the rotary moulder machine can reproduce deeper patterns, detailed logos, shaped edges and more complex outlines. Custom moulding rollers and multi-row forming provide flexible product development and high production output.

GD-BP Series Automatic Biscuit Maker Machine

R&M GD-BP series automatic biscuit maker machine for crackers soda biscuits and hard sweet biscuits The GD-BP Series Automatic Biscuit Maker Machine is designed for firm, sheetable dough used for soda crackers, cream crackers, saltines, Marie biscuits, hard sweet biscuits, tea biscuits and selected atta biscuits. Adjustable gauge rollers control the dough thickness before the biscuit cutter machine forms several rows in each pass. The working rollers are designed for clean dough release to reduce sticking and maintain an even transfer onto the conveyor. Interchangeable cutting rollers can produce round, square, rectangular or custom shapes. An optional docking unit can be added for crackers that require perforations. Continuous multi-row cutting and scrap separation support high-output production as part of a biscuit manufacturing line.

Automatic Cookie Cutter Machine

R&M automatic cookie cutter machine RMCC400 for cookie dough log slicing The RMCC400 is an automatic cookie cutter machine designed to slice pre-formed cookie dough logs into uniform pieces before baking. With a conveyor-fed cutting mechanism and adjustable blade spacing, it suits both refrigerated dough operations and continuous biscuit cutting on a production line.

The compact tabletop footprint makes it practical for bakeries with limited floor space. Cookie cutter price and lead time available on request. Custom 110V configuration is available for markets where that voltage is standard.

Post-Baking: Cookie Decorating Machine — GD-FL600

The GD-FL600 is a multi-function automatic decorating and filling machine suited to cookie finishing lines and pastry production. As a cookie decorating machine, it pipes cream or buttercream rosettes directly onto baked cookies — adding the kind of detail that lifts presentation for gifting, retail, and premium-tier bakery orders. It also works as a filling machine for choux pastry and cream puffs, depositing cream centres through a filling nozzle in a single pass. For finishing and decoration, the GD-FL600 multi-function cookie decorating machine handles cream piping and choux filling as described above. A biscuit sandwiching machine is available for cream or jam sandwich lines. R&M can also supply a biscuit crusher for crumb production used in cheesecake bases, pie crusts, and processed food manufacturing. The decorating nozzle height is adjustable and the machine has an auto-raise function, so it handles both flat cookies and domed or uneven surfaces. A filling nozzle head can be fitted for injecting cream or jam into hollow products. For operations that need two different toppings or flavours in one pass, a dual-pump model can be custom-ordered. This machine fits directly into the existing GD-CO series line as a post-baking finishing station, making it a practical addition to any cookie decorating equipment setup.

Upstream — Dough Preparation Equipment

A Commercial Food mixer is the standard upstream machine for cookie and biscuit dough. R&M's planetary mixer range (View Planetary Mixers →) covers 7L–140L bowl capacities and handles the full range of butter-rich and short doughs used in cookie production.

Frequently Asked Questions

What types of cookies can the GD-CO400/CO600 depositor produce? With the standard A-series rotary nozzles, the GD-CO400 and GD-CO600 cover butter cookies, spritz cookies, shortbread, macaron shells, macaron depositor applications, cream puffs (choux base), and finger biscuits. Adding C-series wire-cut tooling extends the machine to wire cut cookies with inclusions. Adding D-series strip dies enables langue de chat, éclair shells, and similar extruded biscuit formats.
What is the difference between the standard cookie depositor and the Jenny cookie machine? The standard GD-CO400/600 uses a standard-bore extrusion head suited to medium-consistency butter doughs. The Jenny cookie depositor uses a higher-torque, larger-bore head designed for stiffer, higher-butter-content doughs that produce defined, multi-petal patterns. If your product requires a clearly defined "Jenny" or "Danish butter cookie" shape, the Jenny model is the correct choice.
Can I add wire-cut capability to the standard depositor?Yes. The C-series wire-cut mechanism installs on the standard GD-CO400/600 frame, converting the machine to a wire cut cookie machine for chunky or inclusion-heavy doughs. Both rotary-extrusion and wire-cut tooling sets can be held as interchangeable accessories on the same machine.
What is the RMCC400 automatic cookie cutter machine used for?The RMCC400 is a tabletop slicer for pre-formed, chilled, or semi-frozen cookie dough logs. It cuts at 55 pcs/min with adjustable thickness from 1mm to 20mm. It is primarily used in refrigerated or slice-and-bake cookie operations, and also works as a biscuit cutter machine for rolled soft-dough formats.
Do you supply a complete cookie or biscuit production line?Yes. R&M can configure a complete biscuit production line or cookie production line from mixer to oven, including conveyor, depositor or moulder, baking equipment, and finishing machines. Send us your product type, daily output, and floor layout for a tailored quotation.
What OEM or custom options are available?Custom nozzle molds (A, B, C, D series), dual-color cookie configurations, voltage customization (110V/220V), and branded labeling are available with a minimum order quantity. For specialized formats such as filled cookies, sandwich biscuits, or continuous cracker lines, contact us to discuss a tailored equipment configuration.
What products can the GD-BP Series Automatic Biscuit Maker Machine produce? The GD-BP Series is intended for dough that can be rolled into a stable sheet. Typical products include soda crackers, saltines, cream crackers, water crackers, Marie biscuits, hard sweet biscuits, tea biscuits and selected atta biscuits. Very soft, sticky or high-fat short dough may require the Automatic Biscuit Press Machine instead.
Can the shape and thickness produced by the GD-BP Series be customized?Yes. The gauge rollers control the final dough thickness, while the interchangeable cutting roller determines the product size and shape. Round, square, rectangular and custom profiles are available. Docking pins can also be added when the biscuit requires holes for controlled venting during baking. The roller can be developed from a product sample or dimensioned drawing.
How does the GD-BP Series Automatic Biscuit Maker Machine differ from the Automatic Biscuit Press Machine? The GD-BP Series rolls the dough into a continuous sheet and cuts the pieces with a rotary die. It is mainly used for crackers and hard biscuits. The Automatic Biscuit Press Machine presses short dough directly into an engraved moulding roller. It is better suited to crumbly biscuits that contain more fat and less water and require deeper surface patterns.
What products can the Automatic Biscuit Press Machine produce? The Automatic Biscuit Press Machine is suitable for short-dough products such as shortbread, butter biscuits, Chinese walnut cookies, peanut cookies, embossed cookies, speculoos and selected digestive biscuits. It can also form character shapes, scalloped biscuits and products with detailed surface patterns. Final suitability depends on dough consistency, ingredient particle size and the required biscuit dimensions.
Can the Automatic Biscuit Press Machine handle butter-rich or high-fat dough?Yes. The rotary moulding process is designed for short dough with more fat and sugar and less water than typical cracker dough. However, the dough must still release cleanly from the mould. Excess free oil, high dough temperature or an overly soft mixture may cause sticking, incomplete release or loss of pattern detail. A product trial is recommended before confirming the mould and machine settings.
Can the moulding roller of the Automatic Biscuit Press Machine be customized?Yes. The engraved moulding roller can be made for different shapes, sizes, logos, decorative patterns and edge designs. Several rows can be arranged across the roller to increase output. Small and evenly distributed nut pieces may be used in suitable recipes, but large or irregular inclusions should be tested because they can affect cavity filling and product release.
