Does the defogging system run continuously?

The electroplating-film defogging operates while the case is powered. It consumes a small amount of power as part of normal operation. This is the standard configuration for refrigerated glass display in humid climates.

What cakes can I display in a 2–10°C case?

The 2–10°C range covers cream cakes, mousse cakes, cheesecakes, chiffon cakes, fruit tarts, and most refrigerated desserts. It is not suitable for products that need freezing (−18°C) or ambient display.
