Détails du produit

Le automatic donut machine RMT-101 is a single row commercial unit for bakeries, cafés and donut shops that need consistent output without dedicating an operator to the fryer. Rated at 500 pieces per hour, it runs the complete cycle — batter dispensing, frying, flipping and output — with no manual intervention once the hopper is loaded.
Six Automatic Functions
What separates a true automatic donut machine from a manual dropper paired with a standard fryer is the level of automation:
- Auto forming — batter portioned to fixed weight before entering the oil
- Auto dispensing — extruder releases batter at a set interval, no hand-dropping
- Auto frying — programmed duration ensures identical cook time on every piece
- Auto flipping — the machine turns each donut at the midpoint for even colour
- Auto temperature control — oil holds at the set point throughout the run, up to 200°C
- Auto output — finished donuts convey to the collection tray, ready for glazing

Two Panel Options: Mechanical or Micro-Computer
The RMT-101 ships with a mechanical control panel — simple dial-based temperature and timer settings that any operator can learn in minutes. The RMT-101U uses a micro-computer panel with digital readouts for counter, temperature and time, plus an auto/manual mode switch. Both produce identical output; the choice comes down to operator preference and whether you need programmable settings.
Who Should Choose a Single Row Automatic Donut Machine?
- Bakeries adding donuts to an existing menu — 500 pcs/hour covers a typical day’s retail demand without the floor space of a double row unit
- Cafés and dessert shops — on-site production creates visible product theatre and reduces wholesale dependency
- New donut shops — lower capital entry than a double row machine, with the option to add a second unit as demand grows
- Hotel and catering kitchens — batch production ahead of service with predictable timing
Adjustable Donut Size — 50 mm to 120 mm
Three molds ship with every RMT-101: 25 mm, 35 mm and 45 mm. Combined with the 5-gear stepless thickness adjustment, these produce finished donuts anywhere from 50 mm to 120 mm. Mold changeover takes under five minutes, so a single automatic donut machine can run standard retail donuts in the morning and smaller bite-sized pieces for catering later the same day.

Foire aux questions
How much does an automatic donut machine cost?
Pricing depends on order quantity, voltage specification and destination. As a factory-direct manufacturer, R&M supplies at manufacturer pricing without distributor markup. Contact us with your location and voltage requirement for a current quotation.
Can I make different donut sizes with one machine?
Yes. Three molds (25 mm, 35 mm, 45 mm) are included as standard, and the 5-gear thickness adjustment gives a finished diameter range of 50–120 mm from a single machine.
What is the difference between the single row and double row model?
The single row RMT-101 produces 500 pcs/hour. The double row RMT-100 produces up to 1,200 pcs/hour and suits dedicated donut shops with higher peak demand. Both share the same automatic functions and mold system.
Do I need a separate fryer?
No. The fryer is integrated. Batter goes into the hopper and finished donuts come out the other end.
What donut recipe works with this machine?
The RMT-101 is designed for cake donut batter — a pourable batter that flows through the extruder. Yeast-raised donut dough requires a different process using a sheeter, cutter and proofer. R&M supplies a free recipe on request.
