What 200 L/H Means for Your Production
Output (200 L/H) is the chiller’s steady-state cooling rate: it brings 200 litres of water per hour to the set temperature and holds it there under normal ambient conditions.
Storage (130L) is the tank volume — the buffer of chilled water available on demand between compressor cycles.
In practice: A typical mixing batch uses 30–80 litres of water. The bakery draws from the 130L tank during mixing; between batches, the compressor re-cools the replenished water back to the set point. Status indicators (left column): LED indicators show Compressor / Pump / Heat / Temp.ok / Remote status at a glance — you can read the machine’s operating state from across the kitchen.
PV display: Shows the actual water temperature in real time — what the water in the tank is right now.
SV display: Shows the set temperature — what you have told the machine to hold.
Setting: Press Set, use the Up/Down arrows to adjust the target, press Set to confirm. The controller saves the setting automatically after 5 seconds without input. That is the full daily operation for most users.
Pressure gauges: The two analog gauges (HIGH pressure and LOW pressure) are the refrigeration circuit’s health indicators. Normal operating ranges are marked on the gauge faces. If either gauge reads outside the normal band, a fault code appears on the panel before anything fails.
