The industrial donut machine RMT-480 is a four row automatic system built for factory-scale production. With a 30 litre hopper, twelve molds and output up to 1,900 pieces per hour, it serves wholesale bakeries, supermarket suppliers and food manufacturers producing donuts at volume rather than to order.

Four Rows, One Operator

The economics of an industrial donut machine come down to output per operator hour. Four rows run simultaneously from a single 30 L hopper, with automatic forming, frying, flipping and conveyor output across all rows. Why the 30 L Hopper Matters

Smaller machines use a 7 L hopper, which requires refilling every few hundred pieces. At factory output rates that becomes the bottleneck. The RMT-480’s 30 L hopper runs substantially longer between refills, allowing the operator to focus on collection and packing rather than constant batter loading.

Mini Donut Customisation
