1998
2006
Drawing on 8 years of mature technical accumulation inherited from our early manufacturing roots, we scaled up operations and formally founded Guangzhou R&M Machinery Co., Ltd. We also launched our proprietary brands R&M™ and HODA™, evolving from a standalone processing factory into a comprehensive baking equipment enterprise covering R&D, manufacturing and sales.
2007-2009
R&M established its overseas sales division and began exporting bakery machinery to international markets. As a professional bakery oven manufacturer, we also participated in drafting China’s national industry standards for commercial ovens. In 2009, the China Food Industry Association named R&M China’s Most Popular Baking Equipment Brand 2009.

2017
R&M exhibited in South Africa, expanding our presence across Southern Africa and creating direct communication channels with local baking supplies wholesalers, suppliers,bakery owners and food machine distributors. The event helped us better understand regional market needs and laid the groundwork for stronger local sales and service partnerships.
2018
R&M was officially certified as a National High-Tech Enterprise in China. We relocated and expanded our production base near Nansha Port, improving export logistics and increasing manufacturing capacity. We also joined industry exhibitions in the Middle East, introducing our baking equipment to regional buyers and developing long-term distributor partnerships.

R&M expanded its manufacturing facilities and upgraded full-scale production equipment for bakery. Standing out among global bakery equipment manufacturers,our products were exported to more than 150 countries.We also exhibited at IBA in Germany and Host Milano in Italy, strengthening our position as a global bakery equipment manufacturer and supplier in Europe.
2024
R&M established its Foshan branch and opened a new specialized production base covering more than 10,000 m² while upgrading the offices at our Guangzhou headquarters. The dual-base structure increased manufacturing capacity and improved production efficiency. We also exhibited in Algeria to explore North African demand and develop long-term bakery equipment distributor partnerships.

R&M completed a renovated immersive showroom where visiting clients can evaluate our bakery equipment in realistic application scenarios. We also expanded our digital sales ecosystem through cross-border e-commerce, livestream product demonstrations and online distributor cooperation. Meanwhile, we renewed our National High-Tech Enterprise qualification and continued investing in patents and technical innovation.
