1. Acceptance of Terms

This website and printing services are provided by Top Color Packaging Printing Co., Ltd. (“Supplier”). All visitors, enquirers and buyers (“Customer”) agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions once you send inquiries, confirm samples or place orders. These terms replace all previous oral or informal written agreements.

2. Product & Service Scope

We provide customized labels and stickers including food packaging labels, cosmetic stickers, logistics barcode labels, decorative removable decals, alongside supporting services such as design guidance, digital proofing, sample production, mass printing, die-cutting and global delivery. All goods are manufactured according to customer’s specifications and artwork.

3. Quotation & Payment

All quotations are valid within a period stated on the offer. Prices may be adjusted if specifications, materials, crafts or order volumes change.
Payment arrangements will be confirmed mutually before formal production starts.
Available payment methods include T/T bank transfer, PayPal and Western Union.
Sample charges may apply. Relevant sample policies and deductions for bulk orders will be confirmed in advance.

4. Artwork & Pre-production Proof

Customers shall provide usable design files for printing. Customers bear full responsibility for the correctness, trademark legality, copyright and text content of all submitted artwork.
We will supply digital proofs for your confirmation. Mass production will not commence without your written approval of the proof.
Please carefully verify size, colour, text and crafts on the proof. We are not responsible for errors caused by artwork confirmed by the customer.

5. Printing Tolerance & Quantity

Minor colour differences between screen display and physical printed products fall within normal industry tolerance and shall not be regarded as defective goods.
Slight quantity fluctuation is normal in printing and die-cutting production. Relevant arrangements for quantity discrepancy will be negotiated by both parties.

6. Production & Delivery

Production and delivery schedules will be confirmed upon order confirmation. Production starts after agreed preconditions are fulfilled.
The Supplier shall not be liable for delays caused by material shortage, logistics delays, customs clearance, natural disasters or other force majeure events.
Unless agreed separately, international shipping fees, import duties and local taxes shall be borne by the Customer.

7. Order Modification & Cancellation

Order cancellation or major revisions should be notified as early as possible. Once production has commenced, cancellation or modification may incur relevant costs, which will be communicated to the Customer in advance.

8. After-sales

Customers shall inspect goods promptly after receiving shipment and provide clear evidence if quality issues occur.
We accept responsibility for confirmed manufacturing defects caused during our production process and will negotiate solutions including reprint or compensation.
We cannot be liable for problems caused by incorrect customer designs, improper storage or misuse of labels.

9. Intellectual Property

Customers guarantee that all submitted designs do not infringe third-party copyright, trademarks or intellectual property rights. Customers take full responsibility for any infringement risks arising from provided artwork.
All factory technical solutions, blank sample templates and production processes belong to the Supplier. Unauthorized copying is prohibited.

10. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be held responsible for losses or delayed performance caused by uncontrollable events beyond reasonable anticipation.

11. Website Usage

Users shall not send illegal, infringing or offensive content through our website. We reserve the right to ignore inquiries and reject inappropriate orders.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Any disputes shall first be settled through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes will be submitted to the competent court located at the Supplier’s location.

13. Revision

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions without prior notice. The version published on this page shall prevail.
