High-precision Rotary Aseptic Filling & Plugging-Capping Integrated Station
This rotary filling station adopts servo peristaltic ceramic filling system for ophthalmic liquid. All liquid contact components are made of SUS316L stainless steel and inert PTFE pipelines without dead corners, fully complying with GMP aseptic production standards. Rotary star wheel positioning ensures stable bottle transfer, realizing automatic filling, inner plug pressing and outer cap screwing in one station, with filling accuracy controlled within ±0.5%.
Stable Bottle Conveying & Precise Positioning Mechanism
The conveyor system uses wear-resistant POM chain plate with independent speed regulation drive. Equipped with photoelectric positioning sensor and star wheel indexing unit, it accurately arranges eye drop bottles and eliminates bottle tilting, jamming and overlapping. Adjustable tension seat adapts to 5–30ml plastic & glass vials, delivering stable and continuous bottle supply for follow-up filling and processing procedures.
GMP-Compliant Monoblock Rotary Eye Drop Aseptic Production Line
This integrated monoblock line integrates bottle washing, air blow drying, aseptic filling, plugging, capping and inline labeling. The full SUS304 stainless steel frame with transparent safety isolation cabin and built-in aseptic operation gloves meets Class 100 cleanroom requirements. Siemens PLC intelligent control supports parameter storage, fault self-diagnosis and 21 CFR Part 11 electronic record function, suitable for mass sterile eye drop manufacturing.

Machine Features
Rotary Aseptic Eye Drop Filling, Plugging & Capping Integrated Production Line
This rotary monoblock line is engineered for fully automatic sterile packaging of ophthalmic liquids like eye drops and artificial tears. It unifies bottle washing, precision dosing, plug pressing, cap screwing and inline labeling in a single compact unit. All liquid-wetted components are SUS316L stainless steel and inert PTFE tubing with zero dead zones, fully compliant with GMP, CE and 21 CFR Part 11 standards, satisfying rigorous cleanroom production standards for global pharmaceutical factories.
Fast Continuous Production Speed
Stable maximum throughput reaches 60 bottles per minute with stepless speed adjustment, compatible with 5–30ml plastic and glass eye drop vials for mass sterile manufacturing.
Rotary Star Wheel Indexing Mechanism
High-precision star wheel indexing delivers stable bottle transmission, preventing bottle collision, tilting and jamming to sustain consistent filling and capping precision throughout operation.
Servo-Driven Precision Filling System
Adopts ceramic peristaltic filling pumps driven by independent servo motors, controlling filling tolerance within ±0.5%. Multiple product recipe storage supports one-click switch for different bottle specifications.
Integrated Monoblock Compact Layout
All processing stations are arranged on one rotary platform to minimize floor occupation. Reduced intermediate conveying links effectively cut secondary contamination risks in aseptic workshops.
