The picture shows our mainstream rotary bottle washing machine with multi-station circulating cleaning design, equipped with numbered independent washing stations (7–10 as displayed on the equipment).

1. Automatic Bottle Feeding & Positioning: Empty bottles are automatically inverted and fixed by blue plastic clamps to ensure the bottle mouth faces downwards, avoiding secondary pollution from residual water.
2. Multi-stage Circulating Washing Process:

• Primary pure water high-pressure flushing to wash away large particulate contaminants
• Ultrasonic auxiliary cleaning to strip stubborn oil stains and glass powder
• Secondary WFI water reverse flushing for deep inner-wall purification
• Compressed air blow-drying to drain residual liquid inside bottles

3. Stainless Steel Rotary Transmission System: The whole frame and contact parts adopt 316L sanitary stainless steel, corrosion-resistant and easy to disassemble for daily sanitization.
4. Independent Station Control: Each numbered washing unit operates independently, adjustable flushing pressure and flow according to bottle capacity to avoid liquid overflow or incomplete cleaning.
