A complete array of injection moulding equipment enables mass production of FTTH boxes, splice closures, face plates and fibre splice trays.

ZCG Fibre Optic Cable & Assembly Workshop

We produce FTTH drop cables and multi-core fibre cables ranging from simplex, duplex to 4-core, 8-core, 12-core, 24-core and 48-core specifications.

ZCG Electrostatic Coating Workshop

Automatic electrostatic spraying lines together with auxiliary manual spray gear provide durable powder coating finish for all metal fibre optic cabinets and distribution boxes.
