We support customization of various military cap styles, including peaked caps, field caps, berets, baseball caps, honor guard caps and rolled‑edge caps. We can produce according to your physical samples, pictures or drawings. We accept group, institutional and foreign‑trade OEM orders.
The MOQ varies with styles and craftsmanship. Normally, bulk customization starts from 100 pieces. Sample making is available for small‑quantity trials. Sample fee will be charged, which can be deducted from bulk order payment as agreed. Please contact us for an accurate quotation.
Sample production takes 5‑7 working days. After sample confirmation, normal bulk production takes 15‑25 working days. Order quantity and complex embroidery / printing processes will affect the timeline. We will confirm exact delivery time before order placement.
Custom logos, emblems and unit badges are supported. Available processes include 3D embroidery, flat embroidery, heat transfer printing, metal badges and woven labels. Please provide vector files if possible. We can also design and typeset from your pictures.
Custom samples are available. We will arrange sampling after confirming your requirements. Sample fee and shipping cost apply. Sample fee can be deducted from bulk order payment when your order meets the agreed quantity. Ready‑made stock samples are also available upon request.
We supply multiple head‑circumference sizes and can provide size charts for your reference. Mixed‑size packing within one order is supported. You may assign quantities for each size, and we will double‑check size ratio before shipment.
