Project & Industry FAQs
Below are some of the most common questions buyers ask before starting a project with Toprobuild. These questions are based on real concerns in modular buildings, off-grid energy, fencing, drainage, remote camps, and other infrastructure-related applications.
If you already have drawings, product requirements, or a project idea, feel free to contact us directly. The more details you share, the easier it is to discuss a practical and suitable solution.
1.Industry FAQs
Why are more buyers choosing modular buildings instead of traditional construction?
Because many projects need faster delivery, easier transport, and less on-site labor. In remote areas, traditional construction is often slower, harder to manage, and more dependent on local working conditions.
Why are modular buildings often purchased together with solar, fencing, and drainage products?
Because a usable project site usually needs more than just a building. Buyers often need power, lighting, boundary control, and water management at the same time.
What are your minimum order quantities for different product categories? Can you support mixed orders across multiple categories?
Minimum order quantity depends on the specific product category, model, and customization level. For some items, small trial orders may be possible, while for others the MOQ depends more on structure, production setup, or export packing efficiency. We can also discuss mixed procurement across multiple categories if your project requires a combined solution.
Why are remote camp projects usually more difficult than standard building projects?
Because remote camps often have tighter deadlines, weaker local labor support, more transport pressure, and higher dependence on practical planning before shipment.
What is your response time for after-sales technical inquiries? Is technical support available outside working days?
We provide 24/7 technical support. Because of time differences, replies may occasionally take a little longer, but urgent technical issues can be prioritized for faster coordination and follow-up.
Why is delivery speed now such a big issue for buyers?
Because project delays affect labor, equipment, schedules, and total budget. In many cases, speed is directly tied to project profitability and site readiness.
Does your free design and solution support include permit or approval handling?
Our free design service focuses on project planning, solution support, and technical output. It does not include permit applications or local approval procedures, as regulations and compliance requirements vary from country to country. Clients are normally responsible for handling these formalities locally.
Compared with similar suppliers, what is your core advantage?
Our core advantage is not just product supply. The Toprobuild team brings more than 10 years of engineering, technical, and project management experience from real project environments. We also provide free design, planning, and solution support to help buyers combine products into practical project solutions. For many buyers, this is more valuable than receiving a quotation without real project thinking behind it.
Why are modular and remote infrastructure products often used in the same project?
Because remote projects usually need shelter, energy, access control, lighting, and sanitation together rather than one by one.
Do you support OEM or ODM production? What are the requirements for private label orders?
OEM or ODM support depends on the product category, quantity, and customization scope. Private label requirements are usually related to minimum quantity, production arrangement, packaging details, and technical feasibility. If you have a target brand or custom requirement, we can review it case by case.
2.General FAQs
What products can you supply?
We mainly supply modular container houses, off-grid solar and energy storage systems, fencing systems, solar street lights, drainage and piping products, inspection wells, septic tanks, and exterior wall cladding and WPC products.
Do you only sell products, or can you help with the project too?
We can help with both. In many cases, buyers need product supply plus planning suggestions, layout ideas, and solution support.
What kind of customers usually work with you?
Most of our customers are importers, contractors, developers, distributors, and project buyers working on camps, infrastructure, industrial, or remote-site applications.
Can I send you a rough idea instead of a full drawing?
Yes. Many projects start from a simple idea, hand sketch, reference image, or basic requirement list. We can discuss from there.
Do you work only on large projects?
No. We work on both smaller and larger projects, depending on the product type, quantity, and application.
Can you help if I am not sure exactly what I need yet?
Yes. That is common. You can first share your intended use, site condition, and general requirements, and we can help narrow down a more suitable direction.
Can Toprobuild help if my project involves several products that need to work together?
Yes. That is common. You can first share your intended use, site condition, and general requirements, and we can help narrow down a more suitable direction.
Do you support overseas buyers?
Yes. Many of our products and applications are directly related to overseas project needs, especially in remote and infrastructure-based markets.
How do I start working with you?
You can start by sending your product list, project idea, drawing, or site requirement. From there, we can review the details and discuss the next step.
Can you support one-stop sourcing?
Yes. If your project needs several related categories, we can discuss them together instead of treating them as completely separate purchases.
3.Practical Buyer Questions
Can the size be customized?
In many cases, yes. It depends on the product type, structure, quantity, and project requirement. The best way is to send us the size you want and let us check what is practical.
Will the products fit into a standard shipping container?
That depends on the product design, packing method, and quantity. Container loading efficiency is an important part of project supply, so we usually consider that early in the discussion.
Can the design still be changed after I confirm it?
Small changes may still be possible before production starts, but it depends on the stage of the order. Major changes after confirmation may affect cost, lead time, or technical details.
Can you help optimize the design to save shipping cost?
Yes. In many projects, design and packing need to be considered together. A practical layout or structure adjustment can improve container loading efficiency.
What is the usual production lead time after the order is confirmed?
For standard products, the usual production lead time is around 7–10 working days after order confirmation. For customized products involving changes in size, configuration, or appearance, the production lead time is typically 15–20 working days, depending on the final approved solution. For larger volume orders, production scheduling and delivery time can be discussed based on the project needs.
Can I buy just one product category now and add others later?
Yes. Some buyers start with one category first and expand later. We can still help you think about future compatibility.
Do you provide on-site technical support and installation guidance for projects?
Yes. For smaller projects, remote technical support is usually the more practical option. For medium-sized and larger projects, on-site technical supervision can be arranged upon request, depending on the project scope and actual needs.
Can you provide drawings, renderings, or visual support?
Yes. Depending on the project, we can help with layout suggestions and visual support so you can understand the project more clearly.
What documents do you usually provide for export?
That depends on the order and destination, but export-related documents are a normal part of international supply and can be discussed during the order process.
What should I send first to get a useful quotation?
The most helpful starting information includes your project type, required products, estimated quantity, site location, intended use, and any sketch, drawing, layout, or reference image you already have. Even if the information is incomplete, sharing the basics early makes it easier to discuss a more practical solution.
