Co-rotating Parallel Twin Screw Extrusion Line

The TSK co-rotating parallel twin-screw extrusion production line is a highly efficient compounding and extrusion device. Its core components consist of a “00”-shaped barrel and two intermeshing screws, complemented by a transmission system, control system, and feeding system to form a dedicated extrusion, pelletizing, and molding processing unit.
The screws and barrel adopt a modular design principle. This allows the barrel length to be adjusted and various screw element combinations to be selected based on the material’s characteristics during processing. This ensures optimal working conditions, effectively meets various process requirements, and maximizes efficiency. Thanks to its excellent mixing, dispersing, devolatilization, and self-cleaning capabilities, it prevents the material from wrapping around the shaft or sticking to the barrel walls during extrusion. Meanwhile, as the screws rotate, the material surface is constantly renewed, which further facilitates the removal of volatiles/solvents and promotes high-speed dissolution.
